Digital Marketer
As a Digital Marketer, you pay close attention to the figures and conclusions and make recommendations to your colleagues and the MT. As mentioned, you are responsible for technical marketing and will be involved in the various programs. For example, you will analyze what can be improved with Google Analytics, analyze and improve the email funnels and the complete customer journey.
In your role as a Digital Marketer you get a lot of freedom and you become the boss of your own job and development! You ensure that LUXEPRINTZ is put on the map and you are enthusiastic about the results you achieve.
Job requirements
- You have an HBO working and thinking level;
- You have experience with technical marketing (website management, Google Analytics, etc.);
- Experience with Salesforce is an advantage;
- You are available 24 to 40 hours a week;
- You are in possession of a driving license B.

Customer Service Boss
We are immediately looking for customer service employees who are ready for some extra depth. Come work in a young and enterprising team where you quickly have responsibilities. You independently maintain and further develop our customer service department.
You are responsible for maximum customer satisfaction of our customer network consisting of business and private customers.
- Handling incoming telephone and email traffic in Dutch and English
- Devising appropriate solutions for complaints or issues regarding our record players
- Organizing returns in collaboration with our logistics partners (DHL, GLS, PostNL, etc.)
- Working in our Zendesk CRM system
- Reporting & feedback on notable customer cases
Job requirements
- Education level MBO, HBO
- you are available 16 - 24 hours a week
- Experience in customer service is a plus, not a must
- You speak and write very well in Dutch and English
What we offer
- Part-time position from 16 - 40 hours per week (in consultation)
