What is the expected delivery time for orders within the Netherlands and Belgium?

Orders are usually delivered within 3-5 working days. You will also receive a Track and Trace code in your email with which you can track your order.

Can I customize the products?

Customers can select the material and size of their choice, but further customization options are not available at this time. Do you have certain wishes? Let us know and we'll see if we can arrange something!

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and resalable condition. Full refunds will be issued excluding return shipping costs.

I have received a damaged product. What should I do?

Despite strict checks on our products, it can unfortunately happen that they are damaged during transport. If your items are damaged, please send an email to info@luxeprintz.nl and we will solve the problem for you.
